When ordering online we will send you emails to let you know

• When your order/payment has been received
•  When your items have been shipped

Goods purchased from New Zealand will be sent Track and Trace Courier with Fastways.  All Rural Delivery Parcels will be sent with New Zealand Post.

All goods purchased from outside New Zealand will be sent on New Zealand Post, parcel post. Estimated time for delivery is generally 5 days.  A tracking number will be supplied to you via email

Here at Cosy Covers we want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check your goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product please let us know, and then return the item within 14 days in an "as new" condition for a full refund or exchange less any postage costs.

 This does not exclude your rights under New Zealand law in the event that the product has a material defect.
